Recipe :

Cookie Mix 500g & Butter 250g      

                                                         

How to Prepare :

1. Mix up Cookie Mix and butter at low speed for 1 min.

2. Scrap bowl. Mix at medium speed for 3 mins.

3. Roll dough into a thickness of approx. 5mm.

4. Cut dough with a cookie cutter.

5. Bake at 175°c for 12 - 15 mins.
